| Description: | Fifth Wheel - Never smoked in. Full kitchen w/double sink, gas stove and range (works great). Plenty of counter space. Large fridge/freezer runs off both propane and electric (very cold). Propane furnace, two oversize propane tanks. Full bath w/ tub/shower unit, vanity, full mirror. Seperate black & grey water storage. Potable water storage with pump (I never used it) Hot water heater was disconnected when I got it so I don't know if it works or not. Power inverter. Breaker box. Two power adapters. Rear dining table with wrap around seating folds down into queen size bed. Fold down double bunk over dining area. Coat closet and plenty of cabinets with oodles of storage. Two single beds in nose with individual closets and over-head cabinets. No roof A/C but I use a regular window A/C unit in it (6K BTU Fedders w/remote available for $120, 2 yrs. old) 16' awning in very good condition, only 3 years old. Dent in right rear corner where I backed into my horse trailer. Tail lights O.K. NO LEAKS. Pulls great, brakes work good, good tires and spare. I wouldn't hesitate to haul it 500 miles tomorrow. Reese 5th wheel hitch in excellent condition also available. Hitch is kept greased and stored inside. $100 This is a great camper. I only have it priced low to sell quickly (moving). |
