We are selling the trailer because we recently purchased a new home which is in need of renovations and our money is being better spent there. We purchased the trailer at the end of 2004 season. We used the trailer in June, July and August in 2005 and in 2006 we used it in June and part of July. The trailer is in excellent condition. This trailer has only traveled 150 miles. It was driven to the campsites and parked for the months that it was used. In 2004 and 2005 it was parked on a grass lot in full sun and winterized on the spot. This past Spring we moved it to a new campgrounds where it is parked in partial sun. It is smoke and pet free.

The queen size master suite slides out for added room and allows for a ceiling-to-floor cabinet with ample storage. It also has cable hook up and a TV shelf. The adjoining bathroom boast a garden tub and skylight and a huge storage closet with extra cabinetry for supplies. Six panel doors separate the rooms and a large kitchen with a ceiling-to-floor pantry includes tall compartment at the bottom for large packages and there's even room for a waste container. You will love the residential refrigerator and sink with a tall faucet. For the chef a bonus convection microwave combo in addition to the 4 burner gas range oven. For the high traffic areas it has an upgraded linoleum flooring for easy cleaning and the latest interior design trends. The kitchen booth breaks down into a bed as well as the living sofa. I have a swivel rocker from my previous trailer for additional seating which will sell with the trailer. The Living Room allows great sunlight in with the sliding glass door and it also comes with an AM/FM Stereo with CD player with a built-in entertainment center. The four bunk beds make this trailer great for large families or overnight guests. All four bunks are ready for a night's rest. By day, the lower bunk converts into a hobby/computer station with a lounge area complete with cable and phone jacks. The bunks are divided by a large cabinet with hanging storage shelving for clothing. On top of the storage unit is a place available with cable for the RCA TV/VCR combo which we are selling with the trailer. The trailer is complete with the 20 FT awning and screen room with privacy panels for those rainy days. It has central air conditioning and the hot water tank can be run on either gas or electric.
Included in the sale we are throwing in the indoor/outdoor carpeting for the screen room, service for 12 Corelle dishes, Revereware pots and pans, silverware, serving bowls, pillows and 12 volt battery. This trailer is equipped and ready to go.

We have been very pleased with this trailer. I personally have camped for over 25 years and have been in and looked at many travel trailers. Before purchasing this trailer I knew what I would need for our specific family needs and can honestly say that I am not disappointed with the layout and features this trailer offers. If purchasing it for your family you will love the 6 panel doors for the sound factor as well as the 4 bunk room. The extra space you gain with the awning and screen room is great when you have guests. This trailer has awesome storage space under the queen bed which is accessible from outside as well as the inside. Both kitchen booths have a storage area in the kitchen too. It also features and extra-high and wide exterior access door which gives you 60 cubic feet of storage under the bunks for all your bulkiest gear from bikes to barbecues, and with the bunk down, you can even pass large items in and out of the interior living area. Definitely an AWESOME VALUE.
